a charming stay near wawel

attentive staff generous room convenient parking

The staff were genuinely attentive. Martin was a good source of local information. the room size was generous. i found convenient parking right next to the front door. This removed a lot of stress, ensuring i could relax easily.

The water pressure in the shower was sometimes inconsistent. It was a minor inconvenience.

thin walls limited toiletries

I found a couple of issues . the walls seemed very thin, i could hear conversations next door, , made it difficult to relax. also, the limited toiletries in the bathroom were a bit disappointing. I expected more than just basic supplies. it would have been nice to have a wider range of products available without having to ask.

I found a supermarket just around the corner, very convenient. Breakfast included cheese, meats, and local foods, and I really liked it. The room was warm. That was very nice. Staff provided helpful information about the local area, and I appreciated that.

The water pressure in the shower was low on some occasions, a little bit annoying.

Martin, the manager, offered really good service and gave helpful local information, and I appreciated that. The staff spoke fluent English. I was really grateful. They were very friendly and cheerful. I think this helped.

My room was spacious. That was very nice. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I was able to store valuables in the safe and that gave me peace of mind. I really appreciate it.

Parking was next to the hotel, very easy and very useful. The hotel is halfway between the castle and main square. A short walk of about 10 minutes gets you to both, and it is in a quiet location. It was great to have this.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of foods. It offered cheese, meats, fruit, yogurts, and breads. That met my expectations. I could get a packed lunch when I went on a trip. I appreciated that very much.
